A fine Agosto io e Marco, il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso su due piedi di partire per un week-end all'insegna del relax;
Grazie a dio che internet esiste!!!
La mattina del venerdì 29 Agosto abbiamo deciso e prenotato e la sera eravamo all'Agriturismo Lucatello....
La nostra fortuna è stata che proprio in quel week-end ci fosse un'esperta che spiegava l'utilzzo della Fit-ball e i suoi benefici.
Così in due giorni abbiamo trovato il nostro equilibrio saltellando, rotolando e giocando!!!!
La sera dopo la ginnastica la signora Maura, la titolare ci deliziava con la cucina tipica della zona, e la mattina le sue marmellate ci davano la giusta carica per partire alla grande!!!
Inoltre la domenica, unico giorno libero, siamo andati a fare trekking nel parco delle foreste casentinesi, grazie ai preziosi consigli della titolare, la signor Maura, cha abbiamo scoperto essere guida ambientale-escursionistica del Parco!!!
Al momento della partenza inoltre siamo anche stati ringraziati per la nostra presenza, la signora Maura ci ha regalato un sacchetto di farro prodotto in Agriturismo...
Torneremo sicuramente, una accoglienza così a volte non si trova nemmeno in famiglia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
